| With the continuous development of information network technology,information has become another important resource of human society,and there is followed by the outbreak of all kinds of information security events.Information security is related to individual rights,enterprise development and national interests,we should pay attention to the protection of information security.Traditional technical means and management measures have been unable to cope with the increasingly rampant and a wide variety of information security incidents,so it is of great significance to use legal means to protect information security and prevent the occurrence of information security accidents fundamentally.This paper probed into the legal protection path of information security in our country from the three aspects of confidentiality,integrity and availability of information security.Firstly,the connotation and three characteristics of information security were analyzed in detail,and the related concepts of information security also were analyzed to define the scope of research,such as information system security,network security,cyberspace security and so on.Secondly,it analyzed the current situation of the legal protection of information security in China,and pointed out the deficiencies in the legal protection of information security in our country.Thirdly,it analyzed and generalized the legal protection of information security in the United States,the European Union and Russia,and drew useful experience from it.Finally,on the basis of summing up the full text,put forward some suggestions to improve the legal protection of information security in China,mainly from the aspects of the renewal of legislation idea,the perfection of legal system,the construction of organization system and the awareness of information security.we hope it can provide some reference value for strengthening the legal protection of information security in China. |
