A Comparative Study On The Legal Protection Of Information Security Between China And The United States

The current "Network Security Law" of China has some confusion about the definition of information security and network security.This paper starts from the definition of "Information security" in the ISO/IEC 27032:2012 standard,and reconstructs the logical framework of network security legal protection.The standard's protection for "Information security" focuses on confidentiality,integrity and availability.As the country with the highest degree of informatization,the United States has the world's leading information management system and its information security protection is also perfect.This article will draw on the relevant concepts and measures of the United States on the "Information security" legal protection,analyze the development process,main content and existing problems of China and the United States in the field of "Information security" legal protection and conduct comparative research,and finally propose to build and improve relevant requirements and specific measures for the legal protection of "Information security" in China.
