Shanghai is the pilot area of the deepening of the judicial system reform,in this reform,Shanghai procuratorial organs will implement classified management personnel,prosecutors is different to ordinary civil servants,administration staffs in the organs is according to the comprehensive management of the civil service management.The comprehensive departments in Procuratorial organs of is different from general administration department,they are responsible for implementation,information transmission,supervision and feedback,discipline inspection and supervision,contact the publicity,logistics and so on,those government,business,service level and quality will have a direct impact on the overall work of the procuratorial organs,and prosecutor quota system is the core of the reform,to re distribute the procuratorate staff,the impact to comprehensive department is particularly huge.Under the background of this reform,Songjiang District People’s Procuratorate is to serve as a model for this research,to investigate the effects of prosecutor quota system in terms of personnel,operations,organizational relationships to the comprehensive departments in procuratorial organs.And to put forward the future direction of the implementation of prosecutor quota system in those departments,hope to continuously consolidate and strengthen the team building and personnel management,improve the comprehensive level of service,to advance procuratorial work.
