The Pearl River Delta region in the construction of Guangdong Hong Kong and Macao Bay Area as an opportunity to increase development in Guangzhou,Shenzhen and Zhuhai as the core of the city construction,Hongkong,Macao to build a good fusion of active international Bay area city group,can be said that the allocation of public service resources on the edge of the city zone in a sense directly reflects the development of a the city.However,China's national conditions and characteristics of the system determines that China is not like other developed countries through the property exchange market behavior to complete the change,the edge of the city zone to the core area of the city.Therefore,how to realize the key and difficult issues facing the city development in the process of social governance and public service become allocation of resources on the edge of the city area.On the basis of studying the theory of social governance and the theory of public service resource allocation in the process of urbanization,this paper analyzes the long-term practice of the urban fringe of the core cities on the west coast of the Pearl River Delta,mainly expounds the public service resources and the social governance in the urban fringe.Around the allocation of public service resources in urban fringe areas,this paper summarizes the governance subjects,governance tools and governance processes,discusses the problems of public service resources allocation in the process of social governance in urban fringe areas,and analyzes the existing problems.
