The Reasearch Of The CPPCC Cloud Service Platform And The Implementation Of Mobile Client

The core work of the CPPCC organize is to manage and serve CPPCC members.Including writing proposals,submitting social conditions and public opinions,participating in CPPCC meetings and investigation activities,and writing literature about culture or history.The main function of the CPPCC cloud service platform is to use cloud technology to provide management support for CPPCC,serve and provide performance support for CPPCC members,and to achieve standardized and streamlined management of CPPCC duty.Based on the in-depth analysis about CPPCC business,we constructed CPPCC members' performance function model,including proposal management,public opinion management,members' basic information management,members' performance activities management and mobile duty platform.Members' basic information management manages member's basic information,such as name,education,party,sector,etc.The proposal management realizes the whole closed-loop process management from the function about submission,classification,registering,assignment,supervision,signing,processing,result evaluation,statistics and inquiry of each processing status of the proposal.The public opinion management realizes the whole process management of submitting,processing,reporting and feedback of social conditions and public opinions.The statistical function of activities(meetings,investigations)and members' performance belongs to CPPCC members' performance and activities management.The mobile platform realizes the functions of proposal and public opinion submission,processing,status review,activities release,message announcement,newsletter,conference and event registration,sign-in and so on.Based on the business model,paper has designed and constructed the technical framework of the CPPCC cloud platform.Also paper has analysed the relationships about each duty between data and entities,and key data models were given.Combining the characteristics and mobile development technologies,paper extracts the business functions which suit for mobile platform.Meanwhile,paper designs the iOS client to the CPPCC clound platform,shows the detail design of key function modules,explains the iOS client data persistence specific program,and designs the data transmission scheme between iOS client and cloud platform.Paper developed and realized the data transmission interface between the mobile client and the CPPCC cloud service platform server.Meanwhile,paper completed the functions of iOS client to CPPCC members' performance cloud platform.The client on iOS platform has been launched on the APPStore,and updated many times.The CPPCC cloud service platform was deployed on China Telecom Tianyi Cloud,and put into use.It has been adopted by more than ten CPPCCs in Sichuan,Guizhou,Guangxi,Gansu,Qinghai and Shandong.The platform has full functions and stable operation,received many compliments from users.
