Research On The Strategy Of Rural Governance Modernization In China Under The Perspective Of Targeted Poverty Alleviation

The modernization of rural governance is an important part of national governance,and it is also a realistic requirement to improve the quality of life of rural residents.It is also an important measure for the Party and the government to solve the problems of agriculture,countryside and farmers reasonably.The traditional rural governance model was mainly carried out under the leadership of the national departments at all levels.The main problems such as,the lack of autonomy in the leadership of the higher authorities,the lack of pertinence in extensive extensive irrigation and governance.One-way passive governance is lack of planning and unreasonable governance mode for a long time,which restricts the process of rural modernization.Under the background of precision poverty alleviation,it has become an inevitable development trend to promote the modernization of rural governance in our country.At the same time,with the continuous advancement of governance modernization,it is also created favorable conditions for precision poverty alleviation.As an important way to promote rural governance,precision poverty alleviation can effectively solve the modern poverty management difficulties.Therefore,this thesis from the perspective of precision poverty alleviation,combined with the current policy of precision poverty alleviation and the basic theory and thought of modernization of rural governance,and this thesis puts forward the strategies and methods to resolve the predicament of rural governance.This thesis adheres to the basic principles and scientific theoretical methods of Marxism,adheres to the scientific attitude,and through the theoretical and practical analysis of Marxist governance theory and practice,And then put forward the innovation strategy to promote the modernization of rural governance in our country.The mode of rural governance in China shows different characteristics in different historical periods,and has experienced the evolution course of “rural political principle”,“all-powerful government” and “rural political village governance”.From the current reality of rural governance environment,Chinese rural governance policies in the continuous adjustment and optimization,change of rural economic structure and social structure,but overall,the modernization of the rural governance system still need further improvement,and it also need to further enhance the ability of rural governance,many conflicts and contradictions still exist in rural governance.The precise poverty alleviation policy with the implementation of the rural governance has played a huge role in promoting,in order to meet the needs of the new period of rural revitalization,we should further clarify the precise poverty responsibilities,improve the quality of rural cadres,cultivate the rural governance,and pay attention to the mediation role of market mechanism in rural governance,to provide internal power for the country development.In addition,We still should actively construct the autonomy,the rule of rural governance system modernization,and improving rural governance environment.
