The Studty On Challenges Faced By The Social Governance With Chinese Characteristics And Countermeasures In The New-media Ear

Social governance is a major task of social construction and an important part of the national governance system and governance capacity.The social governance with Chinese characteristics must take into account the basic national condition that China remains in the primary stage of socialism,give full play to the CCP's leadership in regulating the overall situation and coordinating the efforts from all quarters,firmly uphold the CCP's authority over social governance,and adhere to the people-centered social governance,so as to meet people's needs for a better life.The arrival of the new media era brings new challenges and opportunities to the social governance with Chinese characteristics.To strengthen and innovate social governance and build a social governance structure for common governance and sharing is an important basis for improving the socialization,legalization,intelligence application,and professionalization of China's social governance in the era of new media.Considering the new characteristics of the new media era,this paper,based on the concept of“social governance with Chinese characteristics",adopts literature research methods,case study methods,and induction and deduction methods to analyze the problems in the social governance with Chinese characteristics in the context of the new media era.It proposes a constructive strategy.The concealment of virtual space increases the difficulties in the regulation of new media,economic interests results in a weak sense of social responsibility of new media operators,the poor development of social organizations leads to the missing of supervision,and the deficiency in relevant laws and regulations concerning new media platforms gives rise to the less desirable implementation of main governance function of social governance.Long-term effective supervision on the new media platform has yet put in place,and the efforts to construct ideological discourse rights are insufficient.In view of this,we must strengthen the CCP's leading position in the social governance structure with Chinese characteristics,adhere to the main role of the people in the governance with Chinese characteristics,and actively absorb the helpful elements of governance from China's excellent traditional culture.We should innovate the social governance with Chinese characteristics by effectively exerting the governance functions of different social governance bodies,improving new media monitoring mechanisms,accelerate the process of rule by law of social governance with Chinese characteristics,and constructing ideological discourse right that accommodates new media.
