Research On Social Governance With Chinese Characteristics In The New Era

The third plenary session of the eighteenth central Committee of the communist party of China put forward to improve and develop the socialist system with Chinese characteristics in the decision on comprehensively deepening the reform of several major issues,and promote the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity.Social governance,as an important part of national governance,is related to the overall deepening of reform and the five-in-one strategic layout.developing social governance with Chinese characteristics is the theme and requirement of Xi Jinping's new era to develop socialism with Chinese characteristics.From social management in the traditional sense to modern governance,it is a major breakthrough made by the party and the state in the theoretical and practical fields of social construction,a right choice made to meet the needs of social development,and the meaning of comprehensively deepening reform.In order to innovate the social governance system and develop social governance with Chinese characteristics,we must have a deep understanding of the history of Chinese social governance,and absorb the historical experience and lessons of Chinese social governance by combining with China's localized governance environment.At the same time,we should start from the current situation and reality of China and use Marxism as the guiding ideology to truly realize the sinicization of Marxism in social governance.This article is divided into five aspects altogether.The introduction mainly includes the background and significance of social governance research.by grasping the current research situation at home and abroad,it points out the shortcomings of research in this field,and then puts forward the research methods and innovations of this paper.The first part of this article is mainly about the analysis of related concepts,including the source and connotation of governance and social governance,the definition of new era and the connotation of developing social governance with Chinese characteristics,and comprehensively grasp the requirements of new era on social governance and the overall goal of developing social governance with Chinese characteristics.The second part mainly analyzes the changes of Chinese social governance,summarizes gains and losses from the traditional Chinese governance system of ancient society,finds out relevant arguments to realize modernization,and correctly analyzes and grasps the social governance of omnipotent socialism and the transformation process from social management to social governance since the reform and opening up.The third part focuses on the analysis of the current plight of China's social governance.Mainly including the cooperative pattern of social governance in large countriesand small societies has not yet formed,the difficulties of internet governance and the imperfect legalization of social governance.The fourth part is mainly about the countermeasures to develop social governance with Chinese characteristics.Reform government institutions,change government functions,support social organizations,cultivate civil society,improve social governance consultation system,innovate diversified governance practices,improve internet management,and further realize the legalization of social governance.
