| With the development of information technology,the government has realized its importance in the transformation of its functions.In order to enable the government to provide superior public services,the e-government has developed as a new type of public management.E-government came to our country at the end of the last century,which has achieved good development in public administration and played a prominent role in government service innovation.With the development of e-government,it has been well applied in the areas of health care,public relations manuscripts,culture and education,and social security,which has effectively raised the development of government public services in our country.The construction of grassroots government e-government has always been an important part of the e-government system in our country.In recent years,China has continuously increased its investment in this field and has achieved good results.lack of the the transformation of government functions was not timely,infrastructure construction lags behind,The development of e-government at the grassroots level still faces many problems.This paper studies the construction and operation of e-government in Yancheng City,Jiangsu Province,and carry on the deep analysis to its construction present situation.The author consulted a lot of money in the research process and analyzed the problems faced by the construction of grassroots government e-government in our country based on the new public management.accelerate the transformation of government functions,fully update the development concept,fully understand the needs of the masses,accelerate infrastructure development,strengthen the construction of personnel teams,and intensify technological innovation.Hope that through this study can help our grassroots government to build a sound e-government system for the future development and lay a solid foundation for our grassroots government e-government system to achieve good development. |
