Study On The Urban Community Governance In K City

With the progress of Chinese society and the perfect democracy system,the socialist system of Chinese characteristics has been constantly improved,and the government has gradually weakened the management of the society.And in recent years,social governance has been a very important part of national governance.In October of 2017,Xi Jinping pointed out in the party's 19 th report that he insisted on deepening reform.It is necessary to maintain and improve that socialist system of Chinese character and to constantly push forward the modernization of national governance system and harnessing capacity.Currently,China is in the crucial stage of comprehensive deepening reform,and it is crucial for grass-roots organizations such as the street office and community life committee to serve as the executors and implementers.of the reform and development and assume the most important role.The effect of social governance is directly related to the stability and harmony of our society,and it has great significance to building a moderately prosperous society.It is an indispensable link between that government and the inhabitant,which is an indispensable link between the government and the residents,and play a very important role in social governance.In view of that city's management of K city,the present situation and problem of city community governance in K city have been analyzed in combination with various research method such as literature data method,interview method,empirical analysis method and questionnaire method.The article is divided into seven parts: the first part of the introduction,the second part is the concept and the literature review,and the third part is the current state of the city in the inner city,and the fourth part is the urban social governance problem in the inner city,and the fifth part is the analysis of the problems in the city of the inner city,and the sixth part is the new urban social model of the inner city,and the seventh part is a reference to the idea of the new urban neighborhood,and the seventh part is to propose a countermeasure to the problem.In this paper,the main research conclusions are:(1)through the interview of K city community governance found that: community governance functions partly dislocation,vacancy;Large resource gap between some communities;Lack of motivation for minority staff;Leadership in that community has a different level of leadership;Community assessment content and complicated.(2)The reasons that affect urban community governance are as follows:The development of diversified community governance lags behind;The resource allocation imbalance between community;The community service system and employee incentive mechanisms need to be improved;Lack of improvement of community staff and lead take-up mechanism;There is a lack of standardization in the social work evaluation system,and the administrative tendencies are severe.(3)in view of the problems existing in the urban community of the city,the following countermeasures are proposed: firstly,the main body of community governance is advocated to be diversified;The second is to optimize the allocation of resources in the neighborhood;Three is to reform the social governance system;Four is to strengthen the construction of community governance work team;Fifth,we will encourage residents to actively participate in community governance and improve the network of social service system,so as to explore a community governance road that conforms to the current situation and law of urban development.The innovation of this paper is to analyze the specific methods and effects of urban community governance in K City through field surveys and interviews,clarify the problems existing in community governance in K City,and lay a foundation for further solving problems and improving the effects of community governance.
