Study On Youth Center Management Mode Under The Background Of Mass Organization Reform

Since the 15 th Congress put forward a major strategic initiatives of youth center construction.It is the idea for the work that all delegations to "contact the youth,youth services,youth cohesion ".We achieved initial results by careful exploration and practice,the key link around the youth center,project team,organization,position,mechanism,actively and steadily carry out the pilot work.For the further implementation work spirit of the central and Shanghai reform group,we actively implement the spirit of the Ten Session of the Shanghai municipal Party committee and the seventeen session of the Central Committee plenary session.For the previous important work arrangements,Shanghai Municipal Committee of Communist Youth League closely combining the actual situation of Shanghai community development,we actively explore the construction of youth center.And we will continue to explore the direction and development of new ideas.Under the new situation,Shanghai youth center is by the Communist Youth League.According to the spatio-temporal characteristics and development needs,we rely on all kinds of city community youth gather network space establishment for the majority of youth exchange interaction and participate.In the new situation of mass reform,how to build a Shanghai youth center and how to participate in the Communist Youth League innovative social governance is an important point.Serve the youth growth and build an important platform for the construction of grassroots service organizations is an important carrier.Expanding the effective connection,covering ordinary youth and improving the contribution rate of the party and government center is worth us thinking.This paper tries to analyze and think deeply in the background of mass under the reform of youth center management model.Through their own practice,the combination of public management knowledge,the Fengxian District youth center in Shanghai city establish the process of management and operation mode analyzed.With the operation process of combing the youth center the main approach,Fengxian District youth center summarized,measures and analysis the positive impact of youth center in the management process.Therefore,we found out the existing problems of youth center,and it is not only to provide innovative ideas for the study on the related academic research and practice in the future,but also for the Fengxian District youth center provide reference in the optimization process of organizational management.
