| After the establishment of The People's Republic of China,China's drug problem was once effectively curbed.But with the continuous penetration of oversea drug organizations and the complexity of the society environment,the prevention of drug crime had also been put on the agenda.And the anti-drug propaganda became one of the essential parts of China's safety strategy.On December 29 th 2007,the 31 st meeting of the 10 th National People's Congress standing committees passed China's Anti-drug Law,its second chapter stipulated the obligations and responsibilities of citizens,units,and governments for anti-drug propaganda and education.The extensive progress of anti-drug propaganda and education is the result of China's strategy of governing the country according to law and making sure the society's stability.It is also an indispensable requirement for realizing China's management of Spiritual Civilization Construction and popularizing laws to as many people as possible.Entering the second decade of 21 st century,micro-blog,We Chat & news application have become the new battlefields for the war of anti-drug propaganda and education.Their characteristics of high information density,wide coverage,and strong stickiness of users are very useful to the development of anti-drug propaganda and education.But we should also realize that there are tons of negative phenomenalike drug-related extreme remarks and online groups.Condoning their existence will do harm to China's control over drug crimes.For this reason,it's much important to explore a special anti-drug propaganda and education mixed the core value of what we used to do with micro-blog,We Chat and news application's propaganda strategy.Based on the anti-drug propaganda and education,this paper analyzes micro-blog,We Chat & news application's problems on mode,content,form and concept.At the same time,I put forward corresponding countermeasures and collected some We Chat public accounts' data for statistical analysis.On this basis,this paper focuses on studying traditional anti-drug propaganda and education concept and content control of micro-blog,We Chat & news application,as a result of summarizing and reflecting limitations and shortages.The main body of this paper consists of three parts:The first part takes the development of China's anti-drug policy as a starting point,mainly analyzes the importance of conducting anti-drug propaganda and the advantages & disadvantages of traditional anti-drug propaganda from three aspects,that is connotation,form and feature.The second part mainly summarizes micro-blog,We Chat & news application's influence on anti-drug propaganda and education from the aspects of content control,online drug-related groups and media environment,based on the analysis of micro-blog,We Chat & news application's features.The last part designs optimization for anti-drug propaganda and education on micro-blog,We Chat & news application from schemes such as brand new propaganda strategy,interactive experience design and propaganda ability system construction. |
