The Integral Approach For Micro-blog Management

Abstract:Micro-blog management is a part of the national management.From the angle of government,the micro-blog space is develeped orderly,is good for the whole society.With the diversal characteristics of the microblog space,the micro management needs the power of government and society both.Through the analysis of the social power in the Micro-blog space and the cultural power in the blog space,the author is trying to build a social net management frame.In the frame,the government will be in charge of coordination,the independent non-governmental organization playing the role of supervision,the public actively participating in the process.The multi parts consult together in equal,cooperrate together,interact with other powers,take respective full advantages to make the Micro-blog space harmonious and orderly.This paper used the micro charity, microblogging hot topic, Guo Mingyi microblogging, Beijing released and other government microblogging development, large data and other vivid case to illustrate the problem. In the end, the paper discusses the difference of the micro blog governance in China.
