The publicity of law-related education's main path is improving the juvenile legal literacy,through the culture of non-penalties to change the thinking of young people.This article carries out cross-discipline research on juvenile law education,combining the work priorities of the Party and the government in different periods since the reform and opening up,as well as analyzes the relevant basic theories,to have some explore of the problems faced by the juvenile law education in China.The discussion can be divided into the following five parts:Chapter One,the introduction part mainly elaborates the research background and significance.Through the literature review,the status quo of the publicity of law-related education in our country is sorted out.We can briefly summarized the research framework and research methods of the article,with the basic concept of youth is explained.The second chapter has summarized the social background of the propaganda and education of the juveniles' rule of law and analyzed the implications,importance,and performance of juvenile law education.The adolescent stage is the age with the highest ratio of input to output in the education of the rule of law.When faced with complex social environment,young people are vulnerable and do not know how to properly defend their rights.At the same time,they are vulnerable to the dark side and even provoke violent tendencies,with the crime of passion occurred,and thus embark on the road to crime.The third chapter discusses the characteristics of the publicity of law-related education.The work of propaganda and education for the juveniles in the rule of law requires the whole society's co-ordination,with the trinity education structure of schools,families,and society.In content,the publicity of law-related education reflected the combination of the law education and moral education.Broadly the law was seen as a rule system,as well as the embodiment of the meaning system,which contains many layers of social and cultural legal principles,carrying a certain degree of moral concerns.Formally,it is adapted to meet the physical and psychological needs of adolescents.Specifically,it can be divided into three parts: edutainment education of form,the Internet+ publicity and education's method,and the establishment of the legal education model.The fourth chapter has analyzed the existential dilemma of the publicity of law-related education.On the whole,juvenile groups generally face with the status of imperfect rule of law,and law-enforcement advocates tend to confuse popular education and legal education when conducting propaganda and education of the rule of law.This makes the education of law education often has too professional problems in the output of content.There is a deviation from the juvenile law requirements.In the form of popular law,the prevalence of popular movements,the existence of indoctrination-type passive education and one-way communication,and the traditional pattern of crime prevention occupy a dominant position,all making it more like a top-down,highly organized mass event.In terms of channels,the rule of law propaganda and education naturally include the connotation of the rule of law.From the point of view of communication,the propaganda under different communication technologies has different contexts of communication.The official propaganda-style law-enforcement education has an important historical and practical status in China's rule of law propaganda education.It passes the official professing person as a node and carries out downward communication to the youth groups.In this process,it is prone to lag.From the perspective of concept and method,the fifth chapter has proposed somesuggestions on how to improve the effectiveness of the publicity of law-related education.On the one hand,in the process of the popularization of the law,the young people's acceptance and participation are particularly emphasized: combining appeal to reason with appealing to feelings,combining positive education with negative education,and combining rebellious psychology with peer psychology.On the other hand,Chinese citizens have long been in a state of general lack of subject consciousness and rights consciousness,and it is imperative to form a complete legal personality through popular education.Therefore,law-abiding education alone is not enough,and it needs to be practically conceived.The awareness of the subject and the awareness of rights are placed at the core output of the publicity of law-related education.In addition,it is necessary to abandon the practice of not paying attention to or even neglecting the cultural identity of ethnic identity and the sense of legitimacy in order to enhance the learning and understanding of traditional legal culture so that young people can form a systemic legal thinking with macro concepts.In terms of method innovation,it focuses on the integration and optimization of experiential law-based practices,implicit law education and social resources and environment.
