Research On The Function Of Qingpu District Government In Industrial Restruction

In recent years,Shanghai's manufacturing industry shows the decline,due to the labor costs,land policy,overseas governments recalled the companies back and other factors.On the other hand,compared with the developed countries,our price lack of competitiveness gradually,our products lack of innovation.The manufacturing industry as the foundation of China's economic development,it's particularly important influence in the local government.The manufacturing industry is good or bad,will directly affect the GDP of the local government.The optimization of industrial structure needs to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries and promote the healthy developmentofstrategic emerging industries and advanced manufacturing industries.Obviously,the government has been aware of the problem,the traditional manufacturing industry has been unable to meet the new situation of economic development needs,changing the mode of economic growth,help enterprise transformation is the only way of our government.To promote the transformation of industrial structure,the government plays a very important role.Therefore,this paper will take the function orientation of Qingpu District in the adjustment of industrial structure as the theme,hoping that the research results can provide some help for Qingpu District government.The thesis is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the background and thesignificance of the topic,the literature review at home and abroad,the research methods and the research difficulties and innovation.The second chapter introduces the roletheory of the government,the governance theory and the industry related aspects respectively.The third chapter introduces the history and driving factors of the industrial restruction in Shanghai,the current industrial restruction situation in Qingpu and analyzes the fuction of Qingpu government in industrial restruction,with a summary on existing problems and reasons.Chapter four is the discussion on the role of the government in the industrial structure adjustment by summarizing various cities of industrial structure adjustment at home and abroad.The fifth chapter puts forward the function optimization of Qingpu government in the adjustment of industrial structure from four aspects.
