The Research Of Panic Spread Mechanism And Influence Factors Under Emergency

Along with advance of globalized course and advent of information society,Paroxysmal social Public events have appeared some new characteristics and rules.Panic,as one of the inevitable phenomena under the emergency,has gradually attracted the attention of all parties.Different from the traditional emergency response mechanism,inhibit the spread of fear has brought new challenges to the relevant departments to deal with the crisis of the ideas,methods and strategies.Epidemic model has been widely used in the field of disease transmission,information transmission,emotion diffusion in real life.In this paper,we study the panic of the unexpected events,exploring the spread mechanism,influence factors and coping strategies.First,the current situation of domestic and foreign research on the emergency and panic are discussed and the characteristics and classification of panic are proposed.Taking SIS and SIR model as an example,the epidemic model is analyzed briefly.Then,the establishment of panic spread model is for studying the mechanism of spreading panic emergencies based on the dynamics of infectious disease models.According to the classification of panic emergencies,setting up IPRI panic spread model and IEPRI panic spread model.And increase the intervention mechanism of two kinds of models,to verify the external interference inhibition of panic spread.For researching emergency panic spread,review of the case of “The Bund Stampede in Shanghai”.The IPRI and the intervention mechanism of IPRI model was applied to the process of the incident spread in panic.A strategy for coping with such incidents is proposed.In the light of the panic spread after the emergency,taking the case of nuclear radiation "grab salt" as an example.Applied to IEPRI and its intervention model,the reliability of the model is confirmed.At last,the focuses of the research has been summarized,and then the prospects for future research have been suggested.
