Research On The Realization Path Of Volunteer Precision Service In Urban Community Elderly Care Service

At present,the aging of population in China is becoming more and more serious,and the aging population is increasing rapidly year by year.The traditional family pension model and the institutional old-age care model are influenced by the special "4-2-1" family structure and traditional concept in our country,and the development is slow,which can not meet the needs of the old-age service under the current situation.Community old-age model,as a comprehensive old-age care model combined with family pension and institutional pension services,has been widely used in most urban communities in practice.Community old-age service can make the elderly accept relatively professional pension service in the familiar community environment,which not only solves the problem of elderly people unwilling to go to nursing home because of traditional ideas,but also relieves the pressure of child care.However,compared with the large number of the elderly,there are still some problems in the community old-age service,such as shortage of personnel,single service content and mere service form and so on.Volunteer service as a supplementary force,to some extent,can alleviate the community pension service personnel strength is weak,service content and service mode is single and so on.However,the volunteer service is still in the development stage in our country,there are also problems such as service formality,service content does not match the actual demand and so on.The phenomenon of volunteers "being volunteered" and the elderly "being served" generally exists.In this paper,150 community committee staff,community volunteers and empty nesters were interviewed.Combined with relevant theories and literature,this paper deeply analyzes the demand for volunteer service of the elderly in urban community and the present situation and problems of volunteer service in urban community old-age service.By using the case analysis method,two internet online platforms,"Chinese volunteer" APP and "door-to-door rehabilitation cloud pension" APP are selected to analyze and use for reference.Finally,by inducting deductive method,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems in the volunteer service in the urban community pension service,and puts forward the way to solve the problem by realizing the precise service of volunteers.It is the main innovation point of this paper to propose the definition of the volunteer precision service and to construct the realization path of the volunteer precision service in the urban community pension service.By using the case for reference,this paper puts forward the construction of community pension voluntary platform to achieve the needs of the elderly real-time release and volunteer real-time order.And from the community end,elderly end,volunteer end 3 terminals and basic information management,platform use process,intelligent equipment emergency service three modules were designed respectively.Around this platform,policy recommendations including incentive,information communication,rights and interests protection,supervision and restriction are put forward.It is believed that the research can provide practical and feasible solutions to the current pension problem after continuous practice.
