Research On The Precision Supply Of Community Care Service For Dementia Elderly

The overall economic and social development and the advancement of medical technology have led to an increase in people’s life expectancy,which has led to an increase in the aging of the society.Under this background,the number of elderly people with cognitive disorders is increasing day by day.However,the community care services for the elderly with cognitive disorders are still insufficient,and the contradiction between supply and demand is more prominent.Therefore,the design of community care services for the elderly with cognitive services based on accurate supply services has become the current inevitable choice.The purpose of this study is to explore how to realize the accurate supply of community care services for the elderly with cognitive syndromes under the trend of increasing population aging.By arranging the community care service theory at home and abroad,the community care model for cognitive disorders,and the arrangement of practice,the author clearly classifies the multiple needs of the current elderly people with cognitive disorders,analyzes the current situation of community care provision for the elderly with cognitive disease,and proposes China’s Current optimization of community care services: precision.Through the explanation of "precision supply",the realizingmethod of precise supply was introduced: accurate identification,precise management,accurate delivery and accurate assessment.The introductory part of this paper mainly describes the research background,research significance,literature review,research ideas and methods.This article mainly adopts the method of combining interview method and case analysis method.The first part defines the concepts of cognitive disorders,community care,and accurate supply.Secondly,it explains the theoretical basis of community care services for the elderly with cognitive disease.This paper mainly adopts the welfare transmission theory and the application of the above theory in this article.The second part analyzes the current situation of the community care service supply for the cognitively ill elderly and analyzes the main body of the community care service providers,service content and community care service mechanism.Analyzes the multiple needs of the elderly with cognitive disorders.Divided the needs of the elderly with cognitive needs into three categories: life care,health promotion,and medical care,and discussed the contents of these three types of needs.The third part mainly elaborates the current supply and demand contradiction in the community care service and analyzes the causes of the contradiction.The fourth part is mainly to build an accurate supply system for community care services for the elderly with cognitive syndromes.It is planned to build an information platform to realize the accurate identification of demand stratification for cognitive patients.Through the transfer of special funds and the promotion of professional qualities of social workers,nurturing case managers to achieve accurate delivery.The precise and accurate management of the rights and responsibilities of various subjects has improved the community care system for the elderly with cognitive disorders.Through the development of operational assessment,assessment and feedback mechanisms to achieve accurate assessment.This study conducted an in-depth investigation and analysis of community care services for elderly persons with cognitive disorders in Shanghai,and conducted in-depth research on improving the accurate supply of care for elderly people with cognitive disorders.Under the model of advocating the combination of medical care and support for the elderly,it is a hot topic and research focus to thoroughly explore the delivery of care services for the elderly with cognitive disorders.This paper makes an in-depth exploration of the structure,function,and efficiency of the care deliverysystem for the cognitively impaired elderly with an "accurate" perspective.It not only has certain theoretical breakthroughs,but also has practical significance for the current practice of social governance in China.This article hopes to analyze the supply and demand of existing services for Alzheimer’s disease patients and promote the improvement of services so that the services for Alzheimer’s patients and their families can be more targeted and effective,and truly empower the elderly and achieve Aging actively.
