Research On Government Supervision Behavior Of Building Safety In Inner Mongolia

The urbanization is accelerating in China,the scale of capital construction is expanding,and the number of construction sites is growing rapidly.So the difficulty of supervision of the government supervision department of building safety will increase due to the increasing safety risks.This paper is based on the theoretical analysis of government building safety supervision behavior.Inner Mongolia Building Safety Government Supervision Department clarifies the smooth supervision relationship of building safety supervision and has established building safety laws and regulations,also has improved the building safety supervision organization and conducted construction safety publicity and guidance activities through a comprehensive analysis of the objectives,characteristics,models and means of government building safety supervision.But because of the insufficient construction safety laws and regulations,imperfect construction safety supervision mode and lack of construction safety supervision funds,unreasonable team configuration,lack of scientific construction safety supervision methods and construction of credit system,the government supervision of Inner Mongolia's building safety still has problems such as overlapping departments,single subject,weak law enforcement and traditional supervision methods.Combined with the case of production safety accidents in Ordos City,Inner Mongolia construction safety government supervision should strengthen building safety supervision by perfecting laws and regulations,improving supervision mode,strengthening safety supervision force,innovating supervision means and strengthening credit management.
