| Volunteering is an action dedicated to creating hope for tomorrow,a cause that looks to the future.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Party that "promoting the establishment of integrity and voluntary service,strengthening the awareness of social responsibility,rule awareness,and dedication" fully reflects the importance attached by the Central Committee of the Party to voluntary service work.The development of voluntary service plays a very important role in raising the level of social civilization,promoting positive social energy and practicing the core socialist values.As the leading organ of economic and social development in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,the directly affiliated organs of Inner Mongolia play a decisive and key role in the development of the whole region.In recent years,Inner Mongolia’s directly affiliated organs have extensively carried out voluntary service,and the enthusiasm of the majority of cadres to participate in voluntary service has been continuously enhanced,and some achievements have been made.For example,a unified management organization has been established,relevant volunteer branch organizations have been set up,professional volunteer service teams and service bases have been set up,volunteer service activities have been extensively carried out,and the leaders of volunteer service organizations have been trained.But in general,it is still at the initial stage.There are some problems in the construction of volunteer service organizations,volunteer recruitment,learning and training,volunteer evaluation and management,etc.The main reasons are unclear understanding of volunteer service ideas,vague scientific management concept of volunteer organization normalization,imperfect volunteer service mechanism,etc.Byusing the methods of documentation,investigation and research,this paper conducts targeted investigation and Research on volunteer service of directly affiliated organs in autonomous regions,obtains a large number of first-hand information in the construction and management of volunteer service organizations,provides practical basis for this study on the basis of analysis,and puts forward suggestions,so as to correctly understand aspirations.The connotation and essence of volunteer service,the establishment of scientific volunteer service organizations,the standardization of management concepts,the improvement of volunteer recruitment management training mechanism,targeted volunteer evaluation,recognition and reward,and the promotion of volunteers’ social influence can provide reference for the development of volunteer service in the directly affiliated organs of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. |
