Research On The Cultivation Of Residents' Community Identity From The Perspective Of Assets

With the development of Chinese society,the community has become more and more important in the social construction environment of China.As an important carrier of daily life of the residents,the community has attracted the attention of scholars.How to better carry out community construction is the focus of research by scholars.However,no matter how to carry out community construction,community identity is in the first place.All community construction activities are inseparable from the construction and cultivation of community identity.Community identity cultivation is not only an important topic of community building,but also the foundation of community building.Shenzhen is the fastest-growing area for social work,and the social work profession is also the most developed.The D community in Dapeng District,Shenzhen has complete hardware facilities,beautiful environment and rich resources.However,the community is huge and complex,with a large number of migrants.The migrant population and the local registered population are mixed,and community awareness,community participation and community recognition are not high.Therefore,in this study,the author takes the community identity of community residents as the intervention point,and uses the group work professional method to carry out the research on the identification and cultivation of community residents,so as to achieve the purpose of better building the community.In this study,the author relies on professional internships,through questionnaires,in-depth interviews and participatory observations,sums up the research status of community residents' identification at home and abroad,and combines the new perspective of asset-based community development model.From the four dimensions of community participation,neighborhood communication,cultural identity,sense of belonging and identity,carry out the concrete operation of the community,using the group work of social work,through a group activity to the practice of the residents of D community in Shenzhen Dapeng District Explore.The article consists of three parts.The first part is the introduction part.It introduces the background and research design of the article,and reviews and analyzes the related research.The second part is the practical part.Firstly,it introduces the community background and social work team of the author.In addition,through appreciative visits,a list of community assets is established,and four dimensions of community participation,neighborhood communication,cultural identity,sense of belonging and identity are used.Through social work,social work is involved in Dapeng District D of Shenzhen.The community residents' community identity research has been carried out.Through the group design and description of the group process,the group's preliminary preparation,the whole process of the group's initial,middle,post and end stages,the group's atmosphere and members' performance and The final results of the group were evaluated.The third part is the reflection and summary part.The first part is the theoretical reflection.Through the whole research,the author reflects on the asset-based community development model.The asset-based theory is the current theory of social work.Breakthroughs are also important for the practice of social work.Guiding significance;but in the process of practice,there is also an asset-based theoretical model,focusing on the community,unable to respond to social needs,under the asset-based model,the concept is difficult to define and other limitations;and further is a reflection on practice,in the process of targeting the community In the process of construction,social policy support is not enough,community asset utilization is not high,community services are difficult to continue,and so on,and put forward their own thinking,and promote relevant legislation,optimize the policy environment,pay attention to the use of community assets,establish a system of service systems,etc.The side put forward its own suggestions.Promote the promotion of the entire social work industry and the development of the community by promoting the asset-based model to better promote in China and better participate in social construction.
