Inchina,civil servant performancemanagement,as an effective tool to improve administrative efficiency,has been widely studied and applied,and has achieved fruitful results.However,there are few researches on the performance management of civil servants in township government and few specific systems of cicil servant performance management have formed.Cureent economic and social development situation requires a more effective township government,therefore,studying and proposing a scientific and reasonable civil servant performencemanagement system for township goverment is of great importance to boost the performance of township govermant,and to improve the government.In this thesis,firstly,the author analyzes civil servant performance management in G township government through questionnaire survey and interview,point south the existing problems,such as unscientific in dictator's,lack of performance coaching,in complete appraisal and unsuccessful performance feedback,and then finds out causes and factors from the perspective of management ideas,appraisal object,organizational structure and guarantee system.Secondly,based on the status of civil servant performance management in G township government,using management tools like KPI and 360 feedbacks,the author carries out optimization design on appraisal in dictators' setting,assessment training,assessment methods and feedback of assessment results of the civil servant performance management in G township government.Thirdly,the author raises administrative measures and institutions to guarantee the effectiveness of the performance management system.The author tries to find out the characteristics suitable for the assessment of G town civil servants from the common characteristics of township civil servants,and strives to establish a set of scientific,reasonable and objective performance evaluation mechanism,so as to strengthen the management of civil servants and promote the reform of cadres and personnel in the actual work has reference significance.
