The Interaction Research Between The Elderly And The Old-age Robot In The Pespective Of Actor Network Theory

At present,as the speed of the global aging population continues to increase,the number of the elderly people will continue to increase,while the resources for medical care will be relatively short.In this situation,the old-age nursing robots for the elderly have emerged.In the nursing industry,multiple interactions have been formed around the old-age robots and a network of interactive relationships has been formed.The author uses the core concept of “ interactive dimensions” and “interactive practice” to present the interactive state of the elderly and the old-age robots.Using the actor network theory,taking a welfare institution in H city as an entry point,through field research and micro-inspection,the author analyzes the different interactive situations of the old-age robots and the actor relations in the interactive network conducted.The author selects a welfare institution that introduced the old-age robots in H city and conducts qualitative research and analysis.From the perspective of the actor network theory,the author analyzes the interactive practice of the elderly and the old-age robots,and believes that the interaction between the elderly and the old-age robots is completed during the interactive practice.To a certain extent,this connection has affected the interaction between the elderly and the internal members of the orphanage.Under this circumstance,the author mainly analyzes the role of the old-age robots which the elderly construct.This research also explores the influence of this role of the old-age robot on the interaction between different actors.
