Research On The Countermeasures Of Rural Public Power Supervision In Suzhou Wuzhong District

"Let the power run in the sun and shut the power in the cage of the system" is a new requirement put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping in the report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China on the anti-corruption and building a clean and honest socialist politics.It is also a new commitment and measure for our Party to face the "four big tests" and resolve the "four big dangers".Along with the rapid development of economy and society,the people's living standard has been constantly improved,and the willingness of the rural masses to participate in the management of economic and social affairs has been constantly strengthened.As a large agricultural population country,it is particularly urgent and important to optimize the restriction and supervision of rural public power and ensure the correct exercise of power.Only when the operation of rural public power is exposed to the sun and current affairs are supervised,can we win the support and support of the masses.Starting from the current situation of rural public power operation supervision in Wuzhong District,the paper collects and understands villagers' opinions and opinions on rural public power operation by means of questionnaire survey and face-to-face interview,and combines literature research and data analysis,The paper summarizes the problems existing in the supervision of rural public power operation in Wuzhong District,and analyzes their causes in depth from democratic election,democratic decision-making,democratic management and democratic supervision.By using the theory of democratic politics and power balances,and drawing lessons from relevant typical experience and practices,it puts forward the optimization scheme and implementation suggestions for the supervision of rural public power in Wuzhong District.The paper holds that the problems existing in the supervision of rural public power operation in Wuzhong District should be solved by clarifying the "power list" of rural affairs,setting up the process of rural power operation,perfecting the management system,strictly implementing the "three tasks" publicity,and expanding the ways and means of rural power publicity.Build a daily supervision system of the trinity of "village(residential)masses + village affairs supervision committee + superior departments",intensify accountability and investigate violations of laws and regulations,thus establishing a relatively complete monitoring system of the whole process of rural poweroperation before,during and after the event,so as to curb unhealthy tendencies and corruption around the masses from the source.
