The population base of our country is big,and the rural population accounts 50.32%, so we have huge rural cadres. In recent years, many corruption cases about village cadres, which are investigated and exposed all over China, are shocked and had a very bad influence.One ant hole may cause the collapse of a dike thousands of miles long.
