Research On The Development Status And Countermeasures Of Public Opinion Website In Jinpu New Area

Nowadays,the society has entered the Internet age.The development of networktechnology has reduced the cost of information communication and broke the traditional pattern of information asymmetry.However,the expansion and explosion of information has also further increased the complexity and uncertainty of the governance environment.The popularity of the Internet gives citizens more technologies,conditions and opportunities to participate in government interaction.Through the accumulation and brewing of the network,individual demand can be quickly transformed into the driving force of government action,and constructing the opportunity for the communication and dialogue between the general public and the government.Therefore,in this context,it has added a new channel in order to respond to the general public demands,which is more convenient and quick to solve the general public appeals through the Internet.The 19 th National Congress has proposed to build a harmonious socialist society with distinctive characteristics in the new era.The emergence of new form for appealing has brought unprecedented challenges to the management work of the government.The government should use the work website such as the public opinion website as an effective carrier to contact and serve the general public.On this basis,linking theory with practice and establishing a sound and effective mechanism for responding to the general public appeals.Dredging up the expression channels of the general public appeals and improving the efficiency of solving the general public problems are important issues that need to be resolved in the current network appeal response work.Jinpu New Area is the 10 th national new district in China,and Jinpu New Area serves as the national new district in Dalian,its network appeal response mechanism is currently in the early stage.Vigorously developing and perfecting the network appeal mechanism is of great significance for bringing the government closer to the general public and improving the centripetal force of the general public toward the government.This article takes the public opinion website of Jinpu New Area in Dalian as an example.Based on the analysis of the internal and external environment of the development of the public opinion website,the work-flow of the citizen appeal service center and the analysis of relevant data of Jinpu New Area,through reading literature,collecting data and questionnaire survey,etc.It conducts in-depth study of the problems existing in the public opinion website of Jinpu New Area in response to the general public network appeals,such as the lack ofpublic enthusiasm,the imbalance in the public opinion website,,the perfunctory response toappeals and the weak website supervision.And the main reasons for their occurrence are analyzed.By drawing on the advanced experience of domestic and foreign regions,and carrying out the argumentative analysis,the new countermeasures for the development of the network appeal of the general public opinion website in Jinpu New Area are proposed from the aspects of strengthening and expanding the propaganda,balancing the development gap,perfecting the evaluation mechanism and improving the network supervision.It hopes the realize the timely response and effective solution of the general public website appeal of Jinpu New Area,so as to ensure the smooth communication and interaction between the government and the general public in the Jinpu New Area and effectively achieve the goal of building a service-oriented government,as well as providing the experience and reference for other local governments with responses to the general public network appeals.
