Research And Application Of Crime Information Analysis Model & System Using Data Mining Technology

With the rapid growth of China's society and economy in recent years,the number of population movements is becoming larger and the scope is expanding.The social structure gradually gets to be more and more complex,and illegal activities and crimes are also on the rise,which seriously disrupt the normal order of people 's life,thus making the social environment less stable.The illegal and criminal activities have also undergone rapid changes.For instance,more and more cases are involved with rapid escape after cross-regional crimes.Due to the difficulty of solving the case,the number of cases has increased,and the degree of damage has been continuously expanded,too.Therefore,it has become a prominent issue confronted by the people and the public security police.A detailed analysis of crimes data and obtaining valuable information are of great significance for preventing,controlling and combating crimes,also for reducing people's property losses and ensuring life safety.In order to improve the crime detection rate of illegal cases by a large margin,combat the arrogance of criminals,maximize the protection of personal and property safety of the broad masses of the people,and maintain the stability of the country's social security,this paper utilizes data mining technology to analyze the relevant data of historical crimes.And to research key issues such as modeling and early warning of illegal tendencies through statistical and regular analysis.By interpreting th e data relationships in the criminal cases that have been collected and the problems that have been exposed,we decide on selecting data mining technology to do data organization and diagnose related implementation schemes.More specifically,our implementation process includes selection of the source data,conceptual model building of data resource warehouse,design of the logic and the physical model.Based on the above,the overall framework of crime cases data warehouse is realized.By means of analyzing the information of the 110-based police and the police station on duty,high-incidence cases of a certain type in a certain area can be discovered.Also,a number of combinations are analyz ed among the following factors such as the means of committing crimes,the object of the crime,the origin of the personnel,and the factors of formation.And then,we can establish a crime information analysis model and predict the high-risk crime area of the city.By combination of the data resources used by the public security with data mining technology,we manage to offer practical suggestions concerning early warning information in high-risk areas,police force distribution and arrangement.Meanwhil e,we can provide services for prevention and strike so as to acquire preventive functions,and greatly reduce the crime rate.By doing so,the rate of solved crime cases will be increased and the satisfaction and security level of the people will be enhanced.
