| With the increasing application and widely usage of the internet,the petition work which has Chinese characteristic has also been enriched and developed.The internet provides the opportunity to the public to raise problems and participate political communication.All of these gave birth to the conception of Network petition.Due to its convenience,high-impact and economy,the Network petition,which totally differ from the common petition work,has become one of the most favourite carrier among large number of petitioner.Recently,many petition problems which included some left over by history were successfully solved under the force of public opinion.This also resulted in a saying that internet is better than petition.Under such circumstance,many provinces and cities in China start to take actions eagerly to explore and practice with the new conception of the Network petition as well as solve such problems smoothly and successfully.Hongqiao District,which is one of representative Districts in Tianjin,is now facing the new challenges in Network petition.With the development of economy,a lot of problems come out in Hongqiao District.Under such circumstance,the Network petition becomes the first choice for petitioners to solve their problems.This thesis is mainly focused on analysing the typical cases which were occurred in Hongqiao District in recent years by combining literature research method,case analysis technology as well as other research approaches.A serious of problems have been pointed out,i.e.the shortage of system construction,low work standard,the shortage of team construction,poor connection between each apartment and low quality of the internet environment.Therefore,relevant strategies should be carried out according to the problems mentioned above.This work pay great attentions on analysing the origins of such five fields and providing relevant countermeasures and suggestions which insure the internet petition work could develop smoothly. |
