Research On Social Organizations Providing Home Care Services From The Perspective Of Embeddedness Theory

With the growing contradiction between the growing needs of the elderly and the inadequate development of elderly-care services,elderly-care has become a hot topic in all walks of life.In this environment,in recent years,China's elderly-care service industry has developed rapidly,the elderly consumer market has taken initial shape,and the development of the old age programs has achieved certain achievements.At the moment when the home-based care service is booming,the elderly-care homes,day care service centers,old service development centers and other new home-based community care services are increasingly emerging.Embedded pension has become an emerging choice for China to cope with the issue of old care service.The pattern of home-based care and the pattern of community care have both become the “main force” for the elderly care.This fact is in line with the development of the economic and social transition period,and helps to make the silver-haired economy into a sunrise industry and solve the problem of China's aging.Under the background of medical care,home care services have also become an important part of elderly care.Therefore,the focus of this paper is to provide better quality care service for the elderly through government purchase of services and integration of social resources.Facing the supply of aged care services under the new model,we should re-examine the development of home care services from a new theoretical perspective.Shanghai is one of the earliest cities in China to enter aging city,and it is also the city with the highest degree of aging,so a large number of old-age enterprises and social organizations have emerged.This paper takes the pension organization in Shanghai Y district as the research object,and adopts the research methods of literature research,case study and in-depth interview.By studying how the social organization embed the home care service system,its embedded motivation,we can break through the bottleneck of improvement and further optimize home care services through the realization of multiple responsibilities of government,social organizations and the elderly.
