Study On Sanjiangyuan Immigration Ecological Compensation

Sanjiangyuan is one of the most important ecological barriers in China.It plays an important role in soil and water conservation,desertification control and biodiversity conservation.The ecological immigrants in the Sanjiangyuan area are the direct participants and stakeholders of ecological protection construction in China.They abandoned the original interests for the country's ecological construction,however,the legitimate rights and interests of the loss is not compensated accordingly.Sanjiangyuan ecological resettlers since 2003,the implementation of the project has been more than a decade,In the process of project implementation,the standard of ecological compensation,the production and living condition after resettlement is the core problem of ecological compensation,affects the Sanjiangyuan area efficacy of ecological compensation,deciding the success or failure of the relocation.In this paper,first of all,the development of ecological compensation,the current situation of the research on the ecological compensation of nature reserves in China and the current situation of the research on the ecological compensation of the immigrants in Sanjiangyuan area are analyzed,secondly,through the analysis of the collected data,this paper is based on the study of the ecological compensation process in the Sanjiangyuan immigrants.The results show: Although the production and living conditions of the resettlers in the Sanjiangyuan area have improved,but due to lack of perfect legal protection and insufficient compensation funds have neglected the cultural and geographical features of the Sanjiangyuan area,and have not made good use of local resources to develop follow-up industries.,leading to the low standard of ecological compensation for immigrants,immigration follow-up industry development and other issues.Currently,Sanjiangyuan area of the immigration effect is not very satisfactory,there are some immigration movements,even after there will be a large number of immigrants back to risk.The effect of immigrant ecological compensation directly affects whether immigrants will actively cooperate with the state to carry out ecological and environmental protection,if the basic compensation needs of immigrants are not met,furtherecological protection and construction work will be difficult to carry out,the results of the ecological management achieved in the early period were also wasted.therefore,This paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for the problems of ecological compensation of immigrants in Sanjiangyuan area,to provide reliable guarantee for the ecological protection project and the smooth implementation of the resettlement project in Sanjiangyuan area.
