| Demobilized cadres is a part of the party and state cadres,they are valuable human resources and important force in the socialist modernization drive.The education and training for demobilized va cadres is an important part of resettlement work,meanwhile,it is the main approach to develop human resources of demobilized va cadres and improving theirs’ core competitiveness.Compared with local training institutions,Universities have excellent faculty,well-equipped facility and unique perspective.On the one hand,can improve the va cadre ability and level,On the other hand,can make the va training effect is guaranteed.This study used literature method,questionnaire research and interview approach,used of human capital theory,the theory of the comprehensive development,university social responsibility theory and people-oriented theory,investigated the demobilized va cadres who attended professional education and training from 2007 to 2015 year in Xuzhou City’s.Summarized the main methods of xuzhou va cadre education and training: Reasonable sending and deploy participant training programs;Innovation training content and curriculum;To build training system and strict management;Establishing appraisal system and pay attention to the training effect.The characteristics of its education and training are: Work process open and transparent;Talent resource optimize configuration;Training discipline of seriousness.Xuzhou va cadre education and training have results are as follows: Improve the va cadres comprehensive quality;Expand the approaches of colleges and universities to serve the society;sImprove government resettlement work effect And improve the quality of unit of choose and employ persons is talent.Discovery,however,xuzhou va training still exist many problems,Mainly manifested in the following aspects: Emphasis is not enough;the communication between University and Local is not clear;Simple extensive training way,Needs to improve management mechanism;Safeguard measures is weak.This paper gives four aspects countermeasures and suggestions aimed at the demobilized training existing problems in Xuzhou City: Update the concept of education and training;Establish long-term cooperation mechanism;Enhance the focalization of the training;Improve the mechanism of optimizing management.Participate in the va cadres education and training in colleges and universities should be more than the paper summarizes several problems,the causes of these problems is various,how to accurately and finding specific solutions to colleges and universities to participate in the va-cadres education and training of all sorts of problems,is a complex and systematic project,also need to dig deep and explore more scholars further,to the va cadres to contribute to the development and utilization of talent resources. |
