Research On Equipment Guarantee Mechanism Of Public Security Organs In Response To Emergencies ——The Case Of F City Public Security Bureau

At present,along with our country economy fast development,the social structure is undergoing profound changes,factors are becoming more and more unstable,the situation of social security is becoming increasingly rigorous,all kinds of fear attacks,mass,public health,natural disasters and other emergencies occur frequently,the public security organs,as the main unit of emergency response,must respond quickly and effectively.As an important material basis for public security organs to deal with emergencies,the level of equipment support is directly related to the overall combat ability and treatment effect of public security organs.Hence,it is of great significance to analyze the equipment support structure of public security organs and study the strategies of improving the equipment support level of public security organs in response to emergencies.In order to aim at the disposal of emergency,this study uses literature analysis,empirical analysis and interview survey methods,taking the public security organ of F City as an example,combined with F city public security organs the effectiveness achieved in responding to emergency equipment support,pointing out that the problems of F city’s public security organs,such as equipment reserve,supporting support,joint support,information equipment construction and team construction and other issues,are inconsistent with actual combat.These problems reduce the efficiency of public security organs in dealing with emergencies.In view of the existing problems,the reasons are analyzed from the aspects of equipment requirement,financial funds guarantee,equipment guarantee consciousness,and behavior subject coordination,and five countermeasures are put forward: First,improve the equipment support operation mechanism.Second,promote the integrated equipment linkage support process.Third,strengthen the security information equipment support.Fourth,increase equipment funding.Fifth,improve the quality of equipment management personnel.Due to the lack of research on police equipment support at home and abroad,the strategies discussed in this paper can make up for the deficiencies in the current theoretical research on police equipment support.,provide reference for other public security organs to deal with emergencies,establish emergency equipment support system,and improve the overall efficiency of equipment support.
