Research On The Crime Of Using Express Delivery To Transport Contraband In China

With the rapid development of China's express delivery industry,express delivery services have become an important part of people's daily lives.Intensive distribution network and efficient transportation services make cargo transportation more convenient.The criminals also realized the convenience of express delivery services,exploited the loopholes in the safety supervision of express delivery,and implemented the use of express delivery of contraband crimes,seriously affecting the order of public security and the lives and property of the people.Through literature analysis,it is found that the research on such crimes in China is still in its infancy,and the research results are few.From the perspective of criminology,this paper summarizes the characteristics and current situation of the crime of using express delivery of contraband in China according to the criminal phenomenon,the cause of crime and the countermeasures of crime.On this basis,from the four aspects of legal regulations,government supervision,industry supervision and public supervision,we further analyze the causes of crimes and find countermeasures to effectively prevent and control such crimes.Specifically,this article is divided into the following sections:First,China's use of express delivery of contraband crimes overview.This part mainly includes the concept and characteristics of China's use of express delivery of contraband crimes.In terms of concept,this paper analyzes the literature,analyzes the concept of express delivery in extraterritorial,domestic scholars and Chinese laws,and clarifies the definition of express delivery in this article.At the same time,it clarifies the contraband in this study by sorting out the definitions of contraband in domestic scholars and laws and regulations.The definition and scope of the product.On this basis,we define the crime of using express delivery of contraband in China.In terms of crime characteristics,case studies have found that such crimes are characterized by concealment,rapidity,real-time monitoring,low cost and simple operation.Second,the status quo of China's use of express delivery of contraband crimes.This part mainly analyzes the characteristics of such crimes in terms of quantity change,regional distribution,criminal subject,criminal organization form and punishment status through case statistics,and introduces the distribution and quantity changes of such crimes in China as a whole.Further research lays the foundation.Third,the reasons for the use of express delivery of contraband crimes in China.This paper analyzes the legal status of China's express delivery industry,government supervision,industry self-regulation and public supervision,summarizes the causes of the crime of using express delivery of contraband,and then finds effective crime prevention and control countermeasures.Fourth,China's use of express delivery of contraband crime prevention and control measures.On the basis of the analysis of the causes of crimes mentioned above,from the perspective of comprehensive management of social security,from the perspective of legal regulations,government supervision,industry supervision and public supervision,we should find countermeasures to effectively prevent and control the use of express delivery of contraband crimes.
