Study On Government Regulation Of Inner Mongolia Express Delivery Industry Under Rule Of Low In China

In recent years,with the prosperity of the Internet and the rise of e-commerce platform,China’s express delivery industry has developed and expanded rapidly,which plays a decisive role in the national economy and public consumption patterns.There is no doubt that the express delivery industry has become our sunrise industry today.However,its geometric growth has also caused a series of industry problems,such as the lack of government supervision,Backward regulatory measures,unoptimistic security situation,etc.,which has brought a severe test to the future development of the express delivery industry.Especially in the context of comprehensively governing the country according to law,it is particularly important to strengthen the construction of the legal system related to the express delivery industry and realize the high-quality development of the express delivery industry.The development of the express delivery industry in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has a large gap with the national level.There are common problems as well as shortcomings in our own individuality.This paper,taking the supervision of express delivery industry in inner Mongolia as the research object,based on the data collected from basic level investigation and survey questionnaire,aims to find out the problems and the cause of express delivery industry supervision of inner Mongolia through the current situation of its development and supervision.This paper also studies the experiences of other countries’ supervision of express delivery industry such as United States,Germany,the United Kingdom and Tianjin,Guangzhou of China,which has a strong reference significance in improving the legal system of express delivery industry,strengthening information technology,strengthening industry safety supervision,and excavating social supervision in particular.Finally,the paper gives suggestions for improving the supervision of express delivery industry in Inner Mongolia as follows: First of all,we should continuously improve the legal system of the express delivery industry in the Inner Mongolia.Second,we can continuously build the "Internet +" government supervision model of express delivery industry.Third,we shall continuously improve the construction of safety supervision mechanism,and finally we must give full play to the supervision role of social forces.
