Research On The Source Of Counter-Terrorism Intelligence In China

In the era of big data,Internet technology has gradually been used by terrorism,and terrorist forces have actively used the Internet to carefully plan various terrorist incidents.They have closely integrated terrorist organizations scattered around the world through the Internet,and have created new types of cyber terrorism.The traditional terrorism has been upgraded to the era of cyber terrorism 2.0.In the face of these new situations and new challenges,the concept and methods of intelligence have also changed.In particular,the source of counterterrorism intelligence is no longer fixed and concentrated.Many intelligences are drowned in the webpage.The online and offline activities of terrorists have brought counter-terrorism parties many challenges.Faced with these challenges,counter-terrorism intelligence agencies focus on data sources and apply big data tools to generate intelligence to predict terrorist activity.The study of this issue has theoretical and practical significance for guiding China's counterterrorism struggle.This paper uses literature combing method,comparative analysis method,quantitative analysis method and statistical analysis method to systematically study the source of counterterrorism intelligence from the perspective of qualitative and quantitative,combined with domestic counter-terrorism reality,and strive to have some theory and method innovation.The full text is divided into several parts.Firstly,in the theoretical support part,the concept,characteristics and carrier of counter-terrorism information source are defined,which lays a theoretical foundation for the full text research.Secondly,it focuses on the challenges faced by China's counter-terrorism intelligence source construction in the era of big data: due to the changes in science and technology,the external environment and the internal forms of terrorist organizations,the construction of counter-terrorism intelligence sources in China is difficult to adapt to the new situation of fear.In terms of work efficiency,there are problems with the organizational structure and operational mechanism of the counter-terrorism department.In the counter-terrorism cooperation,the source of social counter-terrorism intelligence and foreign counter-terrorism intelligence sources are insufficient.In data processing,the results of terrorism data representation,integration and screening are insufficient.In terms of coverage,access to the “small data” counter-terrorism intelligence source on the CPSS is facing challenges.Thirdly,counter-terrorism intelligence departments must use big data to strengthen the construction of counter-terrorism intelligence sources in light of China's actual conditions.Counter-terrorism intelligence departments should apply the thinking of big data.and should improve laws and regulations on the construction of counter-terrorism intelligence sources.It is necessary to reorganize the flat intelligence organization,optimize the rapid acquisition mechanism of source data,and extensively build social and foreign counter-terrorism intelligence sources in order to better obtain massive data on terrorism.The counter-terrorism intelligence department should strengthen the effectiveness of massive data fusion and screening,and develop an intelligence-based model supported by algorithms to more accurately and quickly process massive data related to terrorism and generate counter-terrorism intelligence.Finally,the counter-terrorism intelligence department should establish a systemic thinking,build a situational awareness system and an early warning system that counters terrorism intelligence,and form a counter-terrorism intelligence source system that integrates organization,command,control,and actual combat to prevent and combat terrorist crimes.In short,the use of big data to strengthen the construction of counter-terrorism intelligence sources in China has important practical value and good applicability.Through research,we will further strengthen the application of big data in the construction of counter-terrorism intelligence sources in China,so as to obtain dynamic,detailed and comprehensive access to counter-terrorism intelligence source data,comprehensively improve the effectiveness of antiterrorist operations and safeguard China's national security and social stability.
