Research On Counter-terrorism Intelligence Collection Of Railway Public Security Authorities

After the "September 11" incident,the international community generally stepped up its efforts to combat terrorism,and the forces of terrorist organizations were hit to a certain extent.Under the high pressure of anti-terrorism,terrorists have set their sights on soft targets with weak defense systems.The railway has become an important target for terrorist attacks in recent years due to its important role in transportation and its weak anti-risk capabilities.Therefore,the railway public security authorities should fully recognize the severity of the railway antiterrorism situation,uphold the principle of intelligence first and attack the enemy first,and give full play to the leading role of counter-terrorism intelligence.As the basis of counter-terrorism intelligence work,counter-terrorism intelligence collection is self-evident.This article uses empirical research methods,case analysis methods,questionnaire methods and other research methods,taking the J Railway Public Security Department as an example to explore the current status and existing problems of the antiterrorism intelligence collection work of the railway public security authorities.According to the characteristics of the actual work of the J Railway Public Security Department,provide targeted countermeasures and suggestions for the improvement of existing problems,improve its anti-terrorism intelligence collection model,and strengthen the anti-terrorism intelligence collection work of the J Railway Public Security Department,in order to provide useful experience for the anti-terrorism intelligence collection work of railway public security authorities.The full text is divided into four parts.The first part is an introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,research purpose and meaning,definition of related concepts,domestic and foreign research status and research methods adopted by the article,which lays a theoretical foundation for future research and forms a research idea.The second part sorts out and summarizes the violent terrorist attacks launched against the railway system at home and abroad in recent years,explores the internal characteristics and rules of the current railway violent terrorism cases and separately conducts the tendency to collect anti-terrorism information on domestic and foreign railway violent terrorism analysis,to provide directions and guidance for the anti-terrorism intelligence collection work of railway public security authorities at this stage.The third part takes the J Railway Public Security Department as an example to study the current status of counter-terrorism intelligence collection through a questionnaire method,and analyzes the quality of the counter-terrorism intelligence collection,counter-terrorism intelligence collection personnel,counter-terrorism intelligence collection communication mechanism,counter-terrorism collection technology and counter-terrorismintelligence collection channel based on the questionnaire data in the five aspects.The fourth part is based on the above research results from improving the railway counter-terrorism intelligence collection data network,establishing a railway counter-terrorism intelligence collection professional force,establishing railway counter-terrorism intelligence cross-sector sharing awareness,increasing the application of railway counter-terrorism intelligence collection technology,expanding railway counter-terrorism intelligence collection channels and perfect railway anti-terrorism intelligence collection mode to put forward countermeasures and suggestions which strengthen the anti-terrorism intelligence collection work of the J Railway Public Security Department.
