The diameter size of a seal print is one of the specification features in the identification of seal prints.The complexity of the factors which lead to the change of the diameter size of a seal print brings a great challenge to the practice of seal print identification.The stamping pressure is one of the factors that affect the diameter size of a seal print.At present,no one in China has studied the effect of stamping pressure on the diameter size of a seal print systematically and quantitatively by the way of experiment.Most of the identification practice is to make judgments by virtue of experience.With the help of FWJC-I seal quality tester and the experimental method of controlling variables,this paper studies the influence of stamping pressure on the diameter size of a seal print.The seals studied in the laboratory include photosensitive seals,laser engraving penetration seals,flip seals,copper seals and rubber seals.The purpose of this paper is to provide some data support for the identification practice of seal prints.At the same time,it also provides some enlightenment and reference for the identification practice of seal prints.Each type of seals has been produced by several manufacturers which have relatively large market shares.Each of the manufacturer has produced two seals at the same time which have the same version,using the same material and production procedure.One of the seals is stamped under the same stamping pressure of 30 N for a total of 20,000 times to explore the stability of the diameter sizes of the seal prints,and another seal is stamped under different stamping pressures,which are 10 N,20N,30 N,40N,50 N,60N,70 N and 80 N.The seal is stamped for 2000 times under each stamping pressure.The stability of the diameter sizes of the seal prints under each stamping pressure also needs to be considered.On the basis of the stability of the diameter sizes of the seal prints under each stamping pressure,this paper explores the effect of different stamping pressure on the diameter sizes of seal prints.The experiment indicates that:(1)Under the constant stamping pressure,the print diameter sizes of all the five types of seals selected by the experiment do not increase with the number of stamping times from the first to the 20,000-times.The print diameter sizes are not proportional to the stamping pressures.All the diameter data fluctuates over a very small range and is generally stable.(2)Under different stamping pressures,the laser engraving penetration seal is the only type of seals selected by the experiment,the print diameter sizes of which increase with the increase of the stamping pressures.There is a good linear relationship between the print diameter sizes and the stamping pressures,and the stamping pressures can obviously affect the print diameter sizes of laser engraving penetration seals.For photosensitive seals,flip seals,copper seals and rubber seals,there is no significant change in the diameter sizes of their prints under different stamping pressures.There is almost no linear relationship between the print diameter sizes and the stamping pressures.
