Research On Investigation Information Management From The Perspective Of Police Affairs Disclosure

Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and the willingness of the people to participate in the management of public affairs has been continuously enhanced,and higher demands have been placed on the government's information disclosure.As a part of the government,public security organs have made remarkable achievements in the disclosure of police information in the past decade,which has greatly guaranteed citizens' right to know.However,as a branch of police information,the open road to investigating information is not smooth sailing.The publicity of the investigation information management subject is weak,the lack of legislation and system,and the restriction of management technology means that there are prominent problems in the investigation of information management,such as secret disclosure of investigation,low information disclosure,and improper publicity.With the continuous advancement of the rule of law,the public's awareness of rights is increasing,and the voice of investigating information is becoming more and more high,the past investigation information management mode has been criticized.Therefore,based on the perspective of police disclosure,research on the relevant issues of investigation information management,accurately grasp the boundary between investigation information disclosure and confidentiality,promote the investigation information to be more open and transparent,meet the expectations of the people for public security work,and improve the public trust of the public security organs.It has a positive meaning.Based on the theory of people's sovereignty,this paper uses research methods such as interdisciplinary method and literature method,defines the basic concepts and explains the basic issues,puts forward and discusses the four principles that should be adhered to in the management of investigation information under the background of police affairs disclosure,and it briefly summarizes the progress made in the disclosure of investigative information management in recent years,and mainly analyzes the problems existing in the investigation of information management by public security organs.On this basis,from the perspectives of management subject,legal system level and technical means,the countermeasures for optimizing investigation information management are put forward.
