Research On China's Medical Aid To Africa From The Perspective Of Public Diplomacy

In China-Africa cooperation and exchanges,China's medical aid to Africa is an important area to consolidate and strengthen friendly and cooperative relations with Africa and plays an important role in promoting the development of China-Africa relations.China's medical aid to Africa is not only the longest and most stable cooperation between China and Africa,but also the least controversial one.It is not only an important part of China's foreign aid,but also an important practice of China's public diplomacy in Africa.This paper discusses the value,characteristics and approaches of China's medical aid to Africa from the perspective of public diplomacy,and summarizes the effect of China's medical aid to Africa in the field of public diplomacy,so as to provide reference for China's further public diplomacy.This paper is divided into five parts:The first is the introduction.This part mainly introduces the background,significance,research status,definition of related concepts,as well as the difficulties and innovations of this paper,which lays a foundation for the discussion of China's medical aid to Africa from the perspective of public diplomacy.The first chapter mainly analyzes the value of China's medical aid to Africa from a macro perspective and introduces the framework of China's medical aid to Africa from the perspective of public diplomacy.The second chapter analyzes the characteristics of China's medical aid to Africa from the perspective of public diplomacy.It shows that China's medical aid to Africa does not attach any political conditions,is advancing with The Times,and is to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results between China and Africa.The third chapter mainly introduces the ways through which China provides medical assistance to Africa,and the most important content is the dispatch of medical teams.The fourth chapter is also the focus of this paper,which studies the effect of China's medical aid to Africa from the perspective of public diplomacy.To discuss the effectiveness of China's medical aid to Africa in enhancing political mutual trust,promoting economic and cultural exchanges between China and Africa and enhancing China's international influence.
