China's Civil Service Professional Mental Health Problems And Improvement Measures

This paper expounds chiefly the study of the Chinese civil servants on mental health problem in Chinese administrative system, and in response to the problem of analysis from the management of Chinese civil servants on how to improve the mental health standards. Firstly, the writer combs concept of mental health from the perspective of the psychology, then gives the definition and standard of civil servants'professional mental health on specialization of civil servants'profession,and reviews the civil servants'mental health influences over administrative organization. The second chapter states a theoretical analysis on civil servants'mental healthy influences from three aspects of the individual, organization, society. The third chapter states a real commentary of present Chinese civil servants'mental healthy stand and a real analysis of elements whatever influence civil servants'mental health. The last chapter explores how to improve Chinese administrative system of civil servants to enhance Chinese civil servants mental health mainly from three aspects those are improving institution, individual and civil service culture.
