Research On Mental Health Problems And Countermeasures Of Grassroots Civil Servants

With the rapid development of social and economic,the social pattern has undergone fundamental changes.The mental health problems of civil servants are becoming more and more obvious,and they already have entered the field of social concern.As the direct managers and practitioners of the government's various policies,grass-roots civil servants have to bear the inescapable social responsibility.According to analyze the external social factors and internal self factors,the psychology of grassroots civil servants has changed,which leads to mental health problems.Through the form of questionnaire,this study explores the current situation of mental health of civil servants in Qingdao S district from the perspective of demographic variables and work stress levels.And analyzes the influence of external social factors and internal self-factors on mental health problems of grass-roots civil servants in S District of Qingdao.Through the creation of social atmosphere,strengthen the government intervention,enhance self-cultivation three aspects to find problems and give suggestions to the grass-roots civil servants mental health.This thesis is divided into six parts: The first part is the introduction.This part talks about the background of this study.It explains the purpose the study,research significance of this topic,and summarizes of this research.The second part is the definition of the relevant concepts and theoretical basis.It defines and explains the related concepts of this research and the current research situation in domestic and over abroad.And it analyzes the shortcomings of the existing research and the improvement space for further research.The third chapter is research design.This part expounds the research design of this study from the aspects of research object,research procedure,research method,questionnaires and so on,and it provides the research methods for the following research.The fourth part is the case study.It takes Qingdao S district as an example to explore the status of the mental health of civil servants.This part studies the mental health status of civil servants in the local grass-roots level and the mental health of the civil servants by means of the mean of pressure,from the two variables of demographic variables and working pressure.The fifth chapter is analysis of the factors which affect the mental health of the grass-roots civil servants.This part analyzes the influencing factors of the mental health of civil servants from the aspects of external social factors(social factors,occupational factors)and internal self-factors.The sixth part talksabout how to improve the Qingdao S District grass-roots civil servants mental health level countermeasures.On the basis of the present situation research,according to the influence factors of the problem,combining the regional characteristics,through the construction of social atmosphere,strengthen government intervention,enhance self-cultivation and other countermeasures research.The conclusion part summarizes the research and predicts the future development trend.
