Research On Ideological And Political Education Integrating Into Rural Financial Precision Poverty Alleviation

Since being proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping,“poverty alleviation”has received wide attention from the whole society.In November 2013,General Secretary Xi Jinping first proposed the concept of “ poverty alleviation” when investigating the 18-hole village in Huayuan County,Hunan Province.On October 18,2017,at the 19 th National People's Congress of the Communist Party of China,Xi Jinping also pointed out that tackling poverty and getting rid of poverty is a hard battle.It encourages the whole party and the whole society to use all forces and strive to remove all caps from poor counties before the year of 2020.Guizhou,located in the southwest of China,has been below the national average for a long time.Huaxi District of Guiyang City is located in the hinterland of central Guizhou and the south of Guiyang City.The land of the whole area are mainly mountainous and hilly.Some towns and villages are remote and inconvenient,coupled with cold and bad climate.The poor agricultural production infrastructure also makes poverty alleviation work become difficult.As one of the important subjects in poverty alleviation,rural financial institutions play a very important role,and show their significance in carrying out precise poverty alleviation work.However,in the process of poverty alleviation,rural financial institutions are faced with the problem that poverty-stricken subjects and poverty alleviation subjects have incorrect understanding of poverty alleviation,so that the effectiveness of poverty alleviation is not obvious.This paper takes Guizhou Huaxi Rural Commercial Bank as the research object,and takes ideological and political education as the starting point to explore the path and method to solve the problem of poverty alleviation in the new era.
