Study On The Role Of Ideological And Political Education In Precision Poverty Alleviation

Since 1949,when the Communist Party of China came to power,it has attached great importance to solving this problem.In particular,after the 18 th National Congress of the Party was held,it focused on precisely poverty alleviation and precision poverty alleviation.General Secretary Xi Jinping issued a call to the whole Party and the whole country to mobilize all forces to help the masses get out of poverty.A vigorous fight against poverty is underway in full swing.In the fight against poverty,there has been a willing to be the evil wind of poor households,not conducive to the long-term and stability of poverty eradication.At present,there is little research on the role of ideological and political education in precise poverty alleviation.Therefore,this paper will take the Northern Shaanxi region as an example to study the role of ideological and political education in precision poverty alleviation.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is about the concepts,main features,significance,function and methods of ideological and political education in the area of precision poverty alleviation.The second part is about the current situation of the precision poverty alleviation work in northern Shaanxi in fuzhi(Zhi),the ideological and political education in northern Shaanxi in the precision poverty alleviation,the precision poverty alleviation in fuzhi in questionnaire design and questionnaire results analysis.The third part of the ideological and political education in northern Shaanxi poverty alleviation problems and reasons analysis.The fourth part wrote the main countermeasures of carrying out ideological and political education to help the poor,including Party committees and governments at all levels should attach great importance to the work of ideological and political education in precision poverty alleviation;To establish a long-term mechanism for ideological and political education to help wisdom;To continuously innovate the ways and means of ideological and political education in Fuzhi(Zhi);(a)Effective targeting and accuracy of targeted poverty reduction;Establish evaluation mechanism of ideological and political education.
