Study On Ideological And Political Education Of Migration Relocation Population In Southern Shaanxi Province From The Perspective Of Precision Poverty Alleviation

Poverty is a basic problem that human society needs to face.How to get rid of poverty is will plaguing the human society.Poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation is related to the fundamental interests of iome people.Our government has always attached great importance to h In particular,since the eighteen,the general secretary of Xi Jinping,with the combination of Man's thought and the actual conditions of our country,has published a series of important speeches,namely,"precision poverty alleviation,accurate poverty alleviation".The migration work in southern Shaanxi(Hanzhoung,Ankang,Shangluo)involves about 240 people.Migration is not just a simple replacement,but a new regional economic,cultural and other environment.At present,there are lew practical studies on the poverty alleviation of the poverty-stricken population after the relocation,so this paper will study the practice of poverty alleviation after the relocation of the poverty-stricken people in southern Shaanxi.Combined with the actual situation after the relocation of Southern Shaanxi Province,we fully consider the complexity,diversity and variability of the research objects,and combine the strategic ideas of "precision poverty alleviation,accurate poverty relief",and explore the theory from the perspective of Ideological and political education poverty alleviation.In the form of questionnaire,the current situation of Ideological and political education after the migration of impoverished population in southern Shaanxi was investigated,and the Countcrmeasures of Ideological and political education were studied,and the ideological and political education after the relocation of the poor people in southern Shaanxi was supported,and the national education and poverty alleviation was called in response to the number of poverty alleviation.This ankle is composed of five parts:the first part is the Introduction,This paper expounds the research background and research significance of the article,summarizes the research at home and abroad,and studies the train of thought and research method.The second part is about the related theories of Ideological and political education and poverty alleviation in the south of Shaanxi Province.This paper expounds the concept of poverty alleviation in Ideological and political education and the importance of education and poverty alleviation,and discusses the four aspects of the connotation,characteristics,functions and methods of poverty alleviation in Ideological and political education.In the importance of poverty alleviation in education,it is carried out from four aspects:"anti poverty","Rural Revitalization Strategy",the construction of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the overall development of people.The third part is the significance of Ideological and Political Education under the vision of "accurate poverty alleviation".It includes Xi Jinping's strategic thinking of precise poverty alleviation and the way to explore the ideological and political education of immigrant population.The fourth part is the investigation and study of the poverty alleviation status of Ideological and political education,mainly from the educational level of the ideological and political education,the economic external environment of the poor areas in southern Shaanxi,the initiative of the impoverished migrants,the importance of the easy relocation of the relocated population to the poverty alleviation,the main reasons for the emergence of the return of poverty and the relocation of different places.The five dimensions of sustainable development are analyzed.The fifth part is to effectively apply the strategic thinking of "precise poverty alleviation and precise poverty eradication" to carry out ideological and political education.First,excavate the spiritual connotation of Ideological and political education poverty alleviation,specifically including the actual situation in southern Shaanxi to establish the sustainable mechanism of Ideological and political education poverty alleviation and the time spirit and educational value of excavating ideological and political education for poverty alleviation.Secondly,we should strengthen the value recognition of Ideological and political education for poverty alleviation.Thirdly,we should establish an evaluation mechanism of Ideological and political education for the immigrant population in the poverty alleviation areas of Southern Shaanxi.
