Problem And Countermeasure Research On Peasant Concentrated Living Place Management Way In Xinmin Town

In recent years,China has developed trial work of hook of urban construction land increase and rural residential land decrease in many places,which has formed vast peasant concentrated residential area,but due to it belongs to one transitional region,it is not duplication of city community and pure rural scattered living place,its community culture and economic development is among city and rural,meanwhile it has characteristics of city and rural.Just because of its specialty,which makes peasant concentrated living place become to be the most outstanding problem in rural at present,meanwhile it is the new focus of community management theory research,research on peasant concentrated area has important effect on enriching community management theory and complementing management model of current peasant concentrated living place.This paper chooses new urban peasant concentrated living place in Chengdu which writer usually goes to as the starting point of the topic,it is starts from special to common,from micro to macro,from partial to overall,it surrounds management way of peasant concentrated living place,it refers to relevant project data and make site visit and survey,it makes questionnaire survey in order to explore the main problems exist in new urban peasant concentrated living place of Chengdu at present,which gets 3 main principal component factors: it lacks of community organization construction,community pubic facility lacks of management,community public service demand and supply needs improvement.From survey data statistics,it can be seen that residents of peasant concentrated living place is not so satisfied with its management way.Finally,through analysis on problems exist in peasant concentrated living place in new urban,it summarizes and learns lessons from mature experience of peasant concentrated living place,it discusses its countermeasure and suggestion formed by hook of urban construction land increase and rural residential land decrease.Problems exist in peasant concentrated living place in urban has universal popularity for peasant concentrated living place formed by hook of urban construction land increase and rural residential land decrease in China,this paper puts forwardmanagement countermeasures from function adjustment of urban government,village(community)management ability construction,community culture construction,social organization construction,management fund source,upper policy improvement etc,which is helpful to new city to improve management way of peasant concentrated living place,meanwhile it has certain reference values for peasant concentrated living place management formed by hook of urban construction land increase and rural residential land decrease implemented by China.
