Study On The Urbanization And Integration Of Residents' Lifestyle In Concentrated Residential Areas

With the continuous development of urban and rural integration,more and more rural residents moved into the concentrated residential area.Their lifestyle is also changed by the behavior of awareness,the surrounding environment and other factors.The transformation of lifestyle is the core of urbanization.Lifestyle not only affected the physical and mental health of the rural residents,but also had a great effect on improving the quality of life of the peasants and promoting the urbanization of the residents' lifestyles.Therefore,this paper investigates and analyzes the lifestyle of the peasants living in Zhangjiagang City,and has mastered the characteristics of the residents' main features and living conditions in the concentrated residential areas,mainly focusing on the questionnaire.This paper conducted empirical research to further understand the specific circumstances of its current lifestyle.This paper investigates the present situation and characteristics of the farmers'lifestyles in the urbanization process in the process of urbanization,and analyzes the causes of their occurrence from the five dimensions of labor life style,consumption lifestyle,leisure lifestyle,social interaction lifestyle and conceptual consciousness.Through the quantitative analysis of the questionnaire survey data and the qualitative analysis of the interview,this paper draws the following conclusions:First,in the term of way of working life,the concentration of residential residents is low,the job stability is poor,and the working time is long and the income level is low.With the increase of the concentration of living time,inhabitants' internal differentiation began to emerge and the trend of impoverishment became more and more obvious.The main reason is that the quality of residents in the concentrated area is not high,the concept is obsolete;the government policy is ill-considered,the implementation is not strong;the social environmental conditions are limited and the employment scope social security mechanism is not perfect.Second,in the term of consumption of lifestyle,the concentration of residential area residents is still living-type consumption.Consumption level is still relatively low,however,consumer expenditure increased largely,expenditure became more and more diversified.This is mainly determined by their income and the traditional influence,they have a strong psychological sense of insecurity,the conservation awareness is relatively strong.As the consumption in city is relatively high,consumer spending increased rapidly.Third,in the term of leisure life,the leisure life arrangement of the residents in concentrated residential area is monotonous and lack of purpose,not very different from rural residents.This is mainly affected by economic income,as well as community and construction planning.Together with lack of public space and cultural infrastructure and other factor.Fourth,in the term of way of social life,the residents in concentrated residential area enjoyed a growth of money and number in social life,the contacts expanded,the width deepened.However,their communication space is still relatively closed,communication has a high homogeneity.This is mainly due to the pressure of life,the change of living style,and the exclusion of people in urban society.Fifth,in the term of conceptual awareness,residents of concentrated residential areas have begun to show modern city consciousness,they began to accept and adapt actively instead of react passively.However,their experience an identity crisis,small-scale peasant consciousness is still relatively strong.The main reason lies in the centralized accommodation strengthened their rural way of life,as well as the inner peasant plot and the exclusion of the city.On the basis of the above research,in order to help the residents of concentrated residential areas in Zhangjiagang integrated into urban life,this paper propose following suggestions:First,guide the farmers into re-employment,improve the quality of employment;secondly,improve the social security mechanism,enhanced sense of security;thirdly,strengthen management and services,create community culture;fourthly,explore a decentralized way resettlement of farmers,enhance identity identification.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to improve the quality of farmers,to build a harmonious new countryside,to promote urban and rural development and to improve the overall quality of rural residents.
