Land Reform Research Of Jia County(1947—1948)

The rural land reform is essentially a kind of adjustment of the interests of the various classes of the rural areas led by the Communist Party of China.Through various forms of social movements,the landless landless people are gradually obtained basic production materials,thereby realizing the rural production relations and the peasants' ideological concepts.Great change.As far as the economic "turning over" is concerned,the land reform has greatly released the vitality of rural production.It has swept away the ownership of landlords for thousands of years and turned into peasant land ownership,realizing that "cultivators have their fields";In terms of political "revolution",the Communist Party of China has accumulated the power of peasants through social movements,completely destroying the political order that ruled the country for thousands of years,and thus re-establishing the ideology,discourse and rural ethos of the peasants.In December 1947,Jia County began a comprehensive land reform.In order to make the land reform in Jia County go smoothly,the county first rectified the old cadres,and eliminated the unhealthy winds such as corruption,bureaucracy and arrangement;then,the working group went to the countryside.Under the leadership of its organization,the organization of poor and peasant organizations,the poor peasant group,was formally established.The three leading bodies of the old cadres,working groups and poor peasant groups were formed throughout the county,and a strong organization was established for the land reform.leadership.In order to solve the problem of thorough peasant land,Jia County has gone through four steps of asking for poverty,class division,excavating the poor roots and distributing fruits,gradually eliminating the land system of feudal exploitation and realizing the peasants' "turning over".While realizing the goal of land reform,it has increased farmers' enthusiasm for production and released the vitality of rural production.At the same time,problems such as weak cadre organization and violation of the interests of middle peasants have emerged.The paper summarizes the lessons learned from the land reform in Jia County.These work experiences have important reference for the current revitalization of the countryside and the deepening of rural land system reform.
