Study On Land Reform In Wulian County During The War Of Liberation

China is a large agricultural country,farmers account for the vast majority of the population,one of the main problems of the Chinese revolution is the problem of where farmers.The CPC has always adhered to the principle of "people's war".The key to mobilize the masses is to solve the farmers' land problem and realize "land to the tiller".During the liberation war period,with the solution of the ethnic tensions,rising class contradictions as the main contradiction,people urgently ask for the land,the CPC Central Committee according to the national liberation war and the broad masses demanded in the form of May 4,1946,the land reform in the liberated areas of instruction,Wulian land reform work,carried out the rape clearing and very farmer,land reform began in 1947,the review of the July,after the central committee of the communist party of China held a national work conference on land wulian county and conducted a campaign of movement,to eradicate the feudal land system,reasonably solved the movement in various legacy.The land reform movement was successfully ended in February 1949.Firstly,the basic situation of Wulian county was analyzed in terms of the strategic position and land possession relationship during the historical evolution and the war of liberation.Then it expounds the practical process of land reform in Wulian County during the war of Liberation,which can be divided into four stages.The second stage is the comprehensive launch of land reform.The third stage is the in-depth development of land reform,land reform review;The fourth stage is to correct mistakes,combined with production relief and party rectification to end the land reform.At last,this paper summarizes its historical function from five aspects:abolishing the feudal land system,supporting the war of liberation and consolidating the grassroots democratic power.Wulian county is located in the southwest of Shandong province,belongs to the old revolutionary base areas of east China bureau leadership,as the east China bureau only one end of the land reform and the rootstock of the experimental county,get the correct leadership of superior,in the end of the land reform successfully completed the production in the process of relief work and rootstock,guarantee the production and life of the peasants,promote the development of the rural productive forces,consolidate the party in the rural grassroots democracy.
