| Guizhou Province,as one of the first batch of provinces listed in the national relocation pilot,has deep poverty level and arduous task of poverty alleviation,which make it difficult to relocate poverty alleviation.Longli county,close to the capital city of Guizhou Province,has superior geographical location and great development potential.The relocation task of Longli county is heavier than other counties in Guizhou Province.Most of the poor people in Longli county live in areas with fragile ecological environment and frequent geological disasters,so it is urgent to implement relocation.Longli county actively explores the new "model" of social governance after relocation and resettlement.Only by studying the comprehensive benefits of Longli County,can we truly measure whether the relocated farmers can stay in the resettlement site,which reflects the ultimate value and significance of poverty alleviation and relocation.Through the interview and questionnaire survey in Longli County,392 questionnaires and some interview data were collected,and the data were processed by factor analysis to calculate the comprehensive benefits of relocation.This paper mainly measures its relocation benefit from the following four dimensions: economy,society,culture and ecology.In this paper,the indicators reflecting the economic,social,ecological,cultural and other aspects are selected to establish the index system of comprehensive benefits of relocation for poverty alleviation,and the comprehensive benefits of relocation for poverty alleviation are evaluated.Through the evaluation and analysis,it is found that the comprehensive benefit score after relocation is 51.866,which does not exceed the pass line.Therefore,the comprehensive benefits after relocation need to be further improved.The scores of four dimensions under the comprehensive benefit are as follows: the economic benefitscore is 60.339,but the benefits brought by the high average of household expenditure and employment opportunity indicators are low,which need to be further improved;The social benefit score is 59.598,and the benefit level of social security,physical infrastructure and social infrastructure has been improved to some extent,but the social infrastructure is not perfect,which needs to be further strengthened;The score of cultural benefit is 49.317,which is far from the score of economic and social benefit and needs to be further improved;the score of ecological benefit is 42.702,which is the lowest of the four benefits,and the air quality of the place to be moved is the short board affecting the score of ecological benefit,which needs to be supplemented.On the basis of this study,the author gives the following suggestions:(1)multi-functional infrastructure should be added to improve the air quality and meet the entertainment needs of the relocated households;(2)Set up the lottery-attached reading activities to improve the knowledge and cultural literacy of immigrants;(3)Encourage employment or entrepreneurship in various forms and channels to solve the problem of excessive household expenditure. |
