The Study On The Problem Of Group Working Involvement In The Community Integration Of The Elderly Migrating To City

With the accelerating process of urbanization and the rapid increase of the scale of the floating population,the elderly with migration group has attracted more and more attention from academic circles and society.The problem of community integration of the elderly migrating to city has become an urgent problem to be solved.Far away from the familiar living environment,the old people with migration come to a new and completely unfamiliar living environment,which makes the old people have all kinds of maladjustment in cultural customs,interpersonal communication and community care.Unable to fully integrate into the new community life,the elderly migrants in the new community environment have psychological loneliness,low self-efficacy,reluctance to communicate with others and other psychological problems,which seriously affects the mental and physical health of the elderly migrants.Therefore,how to promote the integration of the elderly community and adapt to community life is a very valuable and worthy of study.Based on the summary of previous studies,this paper chooses X community as the research object,mainly adopts the methods of in-depth interviews and community observation to deeply understand the status quo of the integration of the elderly in X community from the four dimensions of economic culture,interpersonal communication,community environment and psychological integration,and analyzes the main difficulties faced by the community integration of the elderly in X community.In order to meet the needs of the elderly,the social work group work method is used to design the group activities according to the specific situation and actual needs of the elderly community integration.The group activities are carried out to meet the needs of the elderly migrants interpersonal communication,emotional support and community care.In order to illustrate the positive effects of the group activities,process assessment and outcome assessment were used to comprehensively evaluate the content design and service effect of the group activities.Finally,combined with practical experience,from the individual,family,community and social policy level,put forward relevant suggestions and suggestions to promote the integration of the elderly community.Through this study,we can find that group activities can effectively improve the ability of elderly people to communicate with others,meet their interpersonal needs,promote communication between children and the elderly,enhance mutual feelings,and meet the emotional support needs of the elderly.Group activities can also actively guide the elderly to participate in community volunteer service activities,increase the elderly's sense of identity and belonging to the community,and meet their needs for community care.Therefore,group work is an effective way to promote the integration of the elderly community.The innovation of this research lies in that it focuses on the community integration of the accompanied elderly from the research perspective.After reviewing the literature,the author found that the current research on the accompanied elderly mainly focuses on promoting the social integration of the accompanied elderly through social work,while the research on the community integration of the accompanied elderly is rarely involved.And this article is focus on the elderly migrating to city about community integration in research because the old man by their physiological and psychological factors,the activities of the main focus in the community,the community is the main activity place,the elderly daily life promotes research into their communities will make more targeted and operable,make research results more realistic.In the early stage of in-depth interviews and the later stage of group activities,the poor language expression and communication skills of the elderly made it difficult to carry out group activities.Therefore,it was impossible to timely improve the group activity plan according to the special needs of the elderly.
